Five care- and health facilities – one vision!
In the past few months, we surveyed our employees and, with external support, developed an employer brand for care in the Ausserfern region. We are the managers in the five care and health facilities. The big aim was to combine the attractive region with its leisure and educational opportunities and the advantages of nursing profession. The clear answer to „Who cares?“ is „We care.“ Because care concerns us all.
Our employees come first! We try to create the best working condition for you. Nursing has no future without you, your wellbeing and all the possibilities for your family.
The project was supported by the federal province and the European Union. The local LEADER-CLLD team coordinated and supported the project team.
